Don’t think you can do Art? You will be amazed by what you can do, everyone has the ability to be creative. We are a group of hobby artists who enjoy supporting each other through Art Expression and Mindfulness. The practice of Art is not just rewarding but in the field of neuroscience, it has been proven to have enhanced benefits on the brain to help lower stress, anxiety, depression, improve memory, focus and embodied cognition. The only thing you need to participate is yourself and a few art materials.
